Greetings from some of our folks:
Call to Worship:
Zephaniah 3:17, “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.”
As we find ourselves physically distant from one another, we are reminded that God is in the midst of His People be they “gathered” or “scattered.” Thank you God for being present in our worship time today!

“Dear God, first off, I just want to say ‘You’re just awesome.’ Here I am staring at a screen in a ‘virtual’ worship service because our Nation is facing a health emergency. Just the fact that You’re not scared, You’re not shaken, and You’re engaged and compassionate helps me find courage for this hour. God, we rebuke fear. God, we stand on the Rock, unshaken. God, we pledge to remain engaged with You and our Church family. God we move with love and compassion toward others.
God, I ask You to provide me and my family the wisdom and prudence we need to get along through this emergency. Beyond that, I pray that You’d help us thrive instead of just survive. I pray for my neighbors, co-workers, and church family who are in the same boat as me and my family are. Make us all stronger, together.
Lord, we lift up those on the ‘front lines’ of this crisis. Medical workers, doctors, nurses, administrators, and government officials. In our own church family we pray for:
- Scotty. (Physician)
- Lauren. (Nurse)
- Faith. (Hospital employee)
- Denise. (Physician)
- Marti. (Nurse)
- Tina. (Nurse)
- Stacey. (Medical Administration)
- Tremayne. (Hospital Administration)
- Johnny. (Personnel Administration)
- Olivia. (Nurse)
- Josh. (Higher Ed Administration)
- Peggy. (School Administration)
- Charlie. (School Administration)
- Terry. (Pharmaceutical Administration)
- Christina. (Physical Therapy)
- Matt. (Corrections Officer)
- Others. ___________________________ .
Each of these are directly involved or supporting the “war on Coronavirus” and we pray You’d keep them safe and healthy. Bless also their families who worry for them.
Finally, for the ‘high risk’ people we know … Oh God, bless them with protection and safety. Give them peace. Make them whole.
In Jesus’ name, amen.”
Pastor Alan will be LIVE on our Facebook Page at 11:00 am. We will share your prayer requests and enjoy being together via Facebook.

Finally, thank you for your support and encouragement during this crisis. A huge gift you can make in the name of Jesus is a phone call to a friend, co-worker, or neighbor who may be experiencing worry, loneliness, or fear. WE HAVE JESUS, what an awesome gift to share to a hurting world.
“Oh God, as we click away from this ‘virtual service’ help us to remain connected tightly to You most of all. Help my Bible reading and prayer times continue to mold me into the person You want me to be. Bless me, my family, my church, our nation, and strangers everywhere who are wondering ‘what’s next.’ In Jesus’ name, amen.”
