From time to time we experience winter weather conditions in our area. When these alerts are made we advise our members and attenders to exercise caution when making winter travel decisions. Usually these alerts fall into three categories. Mild, moderate, and severe. Here is what we do at Sunny Hills in regard to these conditions:

Join the fun Sunday evening, August 28 (postponed from August 7) at 5 pm at the Wytheville Golf Club Pool. Swim, relax, lay by the pool Hot dogs, chips, drink. Great for family and friends. The party is for 2 hours and is free. Invite as many friends as you like.

Fireworks! At the Bloomer Farm 227 Dutton Hollow Road Rural Retreat. 620-7149. 6:00 pm:  Covered dish picnic. Bring a picnic side-dish, dessert, or drink.
